Booking terms and condtions
We do not charge a reservation fee and you do not have to pay for your reservation.
The reservation confirmation that you receive from us by mail or post makes your booking final.
Check your confirmation carefully and contact us immediately if you have any imperfections.
If you want to cancel, this can be done free of charge up to 10 days before arrival.
We will charge you 50% of the reservation up to 24 hours before arrival
If canceled within 24 hours, you must pay the full amount.
In case of no show, the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
If you have cancellation insurance and a valid reason for cancellation, the insurance will reimburse the costs charged by Hotel Op Diek.
